Good Morning Mid-America,

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer and will have an opportunity to take some time off.? If you’re not already aware, the 2023 IACLEA Annual Conference in Orlando was the highest attended conference in IACLEA’s history!! Thanks to all the IACLEA staff and members who made it such a great success!? For those who were able to attend, you should have received a conference survey for feedback.? Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and provide any information you feel relevant.

Several members have asked about future Mid-America Regional conferences.? Our colleagues in Minnesota have offered to host a regional conference in 2025, but right now, there isn’t a plan for 2024.? D. Stafford & Associates reached out with an offer to assist in putting together a regional conference if someone wants to host.? If a campus is interested, the campus would have to form a conference committee to aid in the planning.? DSA can put together a 1 day, 1.5 day, or 2 day conference with speakers and a small vendor show, if possible, and can also assist with conference registration.? If you are interested in hosting a regional conference in 2024, please let me know.
