  Five year Officer Training Plan

  I am putting together a five year training plan for new hires to lay out a path for professional development.? Conent will include the taking of classes such as “Going from Peer to Supervisor,” Mental Health First Aid, Bike Patrol, FTO, Evidence Technician, etc., etc. Some classes will be mandatory, while others may be more of a “choose one of the following.”? If you currently have such I plan, I would appreciate if you would share it.
