Dear Non-Sworn Committee members.
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Tyler as the new committee chair, tasked with reinvigorating this vital committee to meet the needs and challenges of our non-sworn agencies.
Phillip is an experienced Public Safety Administrator and currently serves as the Associate Director of Campus Security and Public Safety at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
Congratulations, Phillip, on this appointment.

I would like to be a part of this committee as well. I am a non-sworn officer for Life University Police Department, and we are currently preparing for accreditation. I have emergency management administrative experience and have gone through CAAS accreditation previously
